Hi everyone! My name is Loc Nguyen. I moved to the States from Vietnam in 2003. I started fishing since 5 years old. I have been fishing Percy Priest Lake since 2003 from the banks and since 2014 on boats. My passion is fishing and helping others to catch them as well. Fishing is a great stress-relief game. A good fishing trip is a great memory! Therefore, I am grateful when you, your friends, and your family choose my fishing service to create memories together.

         I fish out of an unsinkable 2020 Ranger RB200 center console boat with a 150 Mercury 4 strokes outboard. My boat is well-equipped with several Humminbird Helix 12 fish finders, Minn Kota Ultrex trolling motor, and the latest Garmin Livescope technology. My Ranger is rigged for fishing with dual live-wells, 2 rod boxes, 12 rod holders, 10 marine batteries,  40 gallons aerated bait tank, T-H Marine hydrowave H2, and many other selective fishing equipment. I also have onboard an advanced first aid kit, many life jackets, rain gears,  and other safety equipment's as required by The US Coast Guard for a fresh water vessel.

        I have fished on fresh, salt, and brackish waters. I have been learning and experiencing different styles and varieties of fishing. I have deep knowledges about many different fishing modalities. As the matter of fact, I am very selective about equipment's I use during my fishing trips. My number one goal beside your safety on the water is getting you on the fish that you like to catch and make them bite!! You don't need to know how to fish. You don't need to be a good fisherman. You just need a good fishing guide who knows what he is doing.

        The true nature of fishing is a game of luck. You don't always catch as many as you like on every trips. On the other hand, 90% of fish will be distributed on only 10% of the lake. However, I am a strong believer that knowledge, technology, and thorough preparation are going to help us with successful fishing trips. I promise to you that I will do everything possible in my ability to get you on catching fish. You won't have to sit on empty fishing spots waiting for luck. You won't have to worry about your guide not working hard to get you on fish. With my fishing guide service, I have a game plan before every trip based on many contributing nature factors and I will move around as much as I can to find fish. You will always get them!! I replace brand-new fishing line for all the load-taking section of my reels before every single trip. I try to minimize as much hardware failure as possible. I use brand-name fishing line, hooks, rods, and reels. There is no corner-cutting allowed with my process. I load my customers' coolers up on many trips out on Percy Priest lake in the last years and I hope you will join me soon so we can load the boat together. Last but not least, you got my words "No fish, no pay!" If you are out on my boat for 4 hours and don't catch any fish, I will not charge you a dime for the trip. Period !!
